Returns or exchanges must be requested within 1–7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must meet ALL the conditions below:

The hair must be in PERFECT & unused condition:

Lace must NOT be cut
No oils, sprays, mousse, glue, gel, or any hair products may be applied
No bleaching, tinting, or dyeing
No heat styling (flat iron, blow dryer, curling wand, etc.)
No perfume or odour on the hair
Original packaging and tags must be intact

If the wig shows any signs of use or tampering, the return/exchange will be declined.

3. Wrong Item or Defective Product

If you receive:

The wrong wig,
The wrong length,
A product with a manufacturing fault,
please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures/videos so we can assist with an immediate exchange.
