Return & Exchange Policy

At Unmask Hair, we pride ourselves on providing premium quality wigs. Because wigs and hair products are considered hygiene-sensitive items, our return policy follows strict industry standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

1. Return & Exchange Window
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 1–7 days of receiving your order.
  • After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

 

2. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must meet ALL the conditions below:

The hair must be in PERFECT & unused condition:

  • Lace must NOT be cut
  • No oils, sprays, mousse, glue, gel, or any hair products may be applied
  • No bleaching, tinting, or dyeing
  • No heat styling (flat iron, blow dryer, curling wand, etc.)
  • No perfume or odour on the hair
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

If the wig shows any signs of use or tampering, the return/exchange will be declined.

 

3. Wrong Item or Defective Product

If you receive:

  • The wrong wig,
  • The wrong length,
  • A product with a manufacturing fault,
    please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures/videos so we can assist with an immediate exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, or altered in any way
  • Wigs with cut lace
  • Wigs that have any product residue
  • Flash-sale or clearance items (if applicable)


4. Exchange Only

Because wigs are intimate products, we offer exchanges only.
If approved, you can exchange for:

  • A different wig
  • A different length
  • Or receive store credit
