Return & Exchange Policy
At Unmask Hair, we pride ourselves on providing premium quality wigs. Because wigs and hair products are considered hygiene-sensitive items, our return policy follows strict industry standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 1–7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must meet ALL the conditions below:
The hair must be in PERFECT & unused condition:

Lace must NOT be cut

No oils, sprays, mousse, glue, gel, or any hair products may be applied

No bleaching, tinting, or dyeing

No heat styling (flat iron, blow dryer, curling wand, etc.)

No perfume or odour on the hair

Original packaging and tags must be intact
If the wig shows any signs of use or tampering, the return/exchange will be declined.
3. Wrong Item or Defective Product
If you receive:
- The wrong wig,
- The wrong length,
- A product with a manufacturing fault,
please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures/videos so we can assist with an immediate exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, or altered in any way
- Wigs with cut lace
- Wigs that have any product residue
- Flash-sale or clearance items (if applicable)
4. Exchange Only
Because wigs are intimate products, we offer exchanges only.
If approved, you can exchange for:
- A different wig
- A different length
- Or receive store credit
